How is demolition waste managed?
Can materials be reused or recycled?
A Section 80 notice is a formal application submitted to the local authority before demolition starts. Once approved, the council issues a Section 81 notice. This must be in place at least six weeks before work begins. We can manage the full application on your behalf.
Is environmental impact considered during planning?
All waste is taken to licensed recycling and transfer facilities. We typically recycle up to 98% of demolition materials, reducing landfill and disposal costs.
