Chris Charlton founded CJ Charlton Group with a clear focus on delivering demolition works that are properly planned, safely managed, and reliably delivered.

With hands-on experience across a wide range of demolition and strip out projects, Chris understands the importance of getting the fundamentals right — planning, safety, communication, and control on site.

He remains closely involved in the business, overseeing project delivery, standards, and client relationships to ensure work is carried out to the level expected by developers, contractors, and consultants.

Not everyone can say they found their career path as a child, but Chris got a head start. Long before running projects, Chris was already climbing into the driver’s seat whenever the opportunity appeared. The signs were there early — a career in demolition was probably inevitable.
